The Lowrance Advantage Service program offers the most comprehensive service and support available in the industry. There are Advantage Service programs to support both the dealer and consumer during the initial sales inquiry, through the warranty period, and then extending significantly beyond the expiration of the warranty period, Ensuring we are the partner of choice for our Dealers and the product of choice for our Consumers.


The 5-Year Advantage offers comprehensive support for five years, including upgrade options to current technology products.

In the unlikely event your product fails, the 5-Year Advantage supports you for a full five years from the date of purchase. The program features a unique Trade-Up option, where you can upgrade to current technology products at a discounted price. Proof of purchase is required.

Consumers must contact Customer Technical Service for an RMA.
If a product tests faulty: 
The consumer can contact Technical Support or their dealer for replacement and upgrade options. Pricing varies depending on whether the faulty unit is in or out of warranty.
If a product does not test faulty:
Consumer will need to pay for the bench test and the product will be returned.

System Builder Advantage is a unique tool to build a customized onboard system – your dealer can create and order your Lowrance system right before your eyes!

The System Builder Advantage offers you a fast and effective way to determine your personal marine electronic needs. Your dealer will take you through the simple program and help you determine the best system for your boat - right down to the Ethernet cables.

Allowing for local currencies, freight and duty, the System Builder also provides detailed installation quotes. Estimates and drawings can also be generated to give you a real sense of your new system.

Certified Dealers within the Advantage Program have the highest levels of product knowledge, installation ability and technical proficiency, allowing you to be safe in the knowledge that your new Lowrance products are ready for action whenever you are.

Designated as a Lowrance marine electronics authority, all Certified Dealers complete extensive training. A global network of Certified Dealers is waiting to help you make the most of your new Lowrance system. You can find your local Certified Dealer using the locator on the Lowrance website or look for signage in-store.

Certified Dealers have exclusive access to the online Vessel Portal, which provides them with your products’ service history, so that you get what you need, when you need it.

24 Swap Advantage ensures that if a qualifying product is identified as defective, you have the option to be shipped a replacement product within one business day, for an expedited service fee.
