MAKING A TRANSIT PROTECTION CLAIM
If your item has arrived damaged and you have purchased Transit protection, please fill in all the details on this form. Photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted to Blue Bottle Marine within 24 hours of receipt of the Product otherwise we can deny your claim (subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law).
We will get back to you promptly with the next steps and resolve your case as a priority.
