Isotherm Itc+ Systems - Water-Cooled 381564 Isotherm ITC+ Systems - Water-CooLED. 12/24 volt ITC+ controlLED, self pumping (SP) seawater-cooLED refrigeration unit suitable for mounting in new or existing cool boxes and recommended for tropical applications or installations that conventional air-cooLED compressor is not practical. The power saving advantages of the ITC logic is teamed with the even greater efficiency of self pumping, seawater-cooLED compressor. It is cooLED by a uniquely designed heat exchanger that is incorporated into a dual purpose through hull skin fitting which is most commonly used as a galley sink outlet. High efficiency and quiet operation is AChieved through the full flow heat exchange that eliminates the requirement for compressor cooling fans or water pumps, both of which can contribute to substantial power drain. The through hull fitting is manufactured from saltwater resistant brass with the internal heat exchanger being constructed from copper nickel alloy. There is a one metre, pre-gassed line from the through hull fitting to the compressor and a three metre line from the compressor to the eutectic type holding plate, both featuring re-openable quick-fit connectors for ease of installation. The stainless steel holding plate, with an average holding temperature of minus 9ºC, can be mounted at any angle high up in the cool box. The ITC system and display are dedicated to vessels that demand an appealing interface, refined product interaction and a reduction in on board power consumption. The ITC Display provides an instant reading of Actual temperatures within the fridge or freezer, and temperatures can be changed with a simple press of the up or down keys. It allows the fridge or freezer to be turned on/off without opening, displays faults and 3 battery protection levels for additional user control. It also allows manual Activation of either the ECO and ITC functions for a user control. The ITC function provides standard smart features such as:Soft Start which allows for effective, safe start-up of the compressorFast cooling, which is AChieved by running the compressor and maximum speed to drop the temperature quicklyOver cooling, which is Active by the microprocessor to ACcumulate cold when there is a surplus of energy (Battery in charge mode, AC power available)The ECO function is manually Activated by the user, and once Activated the fridge or freezer will operate at minimum power by reducing the compressor to 2500RPM. AChievement of the set temperature isnt guaranteed in this mode as the priority is shifted to reduce power consumption and conserve the batteries capacity. The ITC is compatible with both DC and AC/DC Isotherm fridge and freezers equipped with the current generation SeCOP control modules (101N0212 & 101N510) which are standard on Isotherm Fridges. * Please note, this is a special order item and can take 6-8 weeks for delivery.
