Norglass Weatherfast Premium Enamel Gloss in Midnight is a high-performance, marine-grade enamel designed to deliver a brilliant, long-lasting finish. Its tough, durable coating offers excellent gloss retention, UV resistance, and superior weather protection, making it ideal for boats, outdoor furniture, and general household applications. The smooth-flowing formula ensures easy application by brush, roller, or spray.

Surface Preparation New timber: Prime with Norseal (if required) and Pri-Coat, followed by 1–2 coats. Finish with 2 coats of Weatherfast Premium Enamel. New galvanised iron or aluminium: Pretreat with Norglass Metal-Etch. Previously painted surfaces: Clean with Norclean-Plus, remove unsound paint, sand with 280–360 grit.
Application Method Brush, short nap roller, or spray. Stir well before use. Screen painted surfaces from dew for minimum 6 hours after application.
Precautions Provide ventilation. Flammable – keep away from flames/heat/sparks. Wear PPE for spraying. Not suitable for constant immersion. Yellow and orange pigments require a uniform base coat for proper coverage.
First Aid If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Drink water or milk. For eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor. For skin contact, wash thoroughly. If inhaled, remove to fresh air and seek medical assistance if necessary.
Special Instructions Do not apply below 10°C or in high humidity. Drying and gloss may be affected. Ensure even background colour when applying yellow/orange shades.
