Order Status

Dear Customer

We endeavor to processes all orders as quickly as possible. All orders received prior to 1:00pm and items are in stock we generally dispatched same day. Order in items take 1-5 days to receive depending on suppliers workload. 

We have also added a "CHECK AVAILABLITY" tab, if you wish to check on an item prior to ordering 

We list over 25 000 products and only carry in stock all fast moving items, therefore some items need to be bought in from our suppliers. This will then change the order status of your order. if items are not available from suppler we will email you and ask if you are willing to wait till we receive the items. We cannot control the availability and supply of stock from suppliers nor are we held liable for any cost related to stock supply.

Below is the explanation of order status processing 

  • Awaiting Payment - order received awaiting funds
  • Awaiting Fulfillment - order received
  • Pending - items not in store stock but available from supplier, order in
  • Awaiting Shipment - item in stock ready to be shipped
  • Awaiting Pickup - item ready for in store pickup 
  • Partially Shipped - shipped what is in stock and other items on back order
  • Completed - items collected in store and order closed
  • Shipped - items collected by courier
  • Cancelled - order cancelled
  • Refunded - order refunded
  • Pre Order - items not in stock but taking orders
  • Back order - items are on back order with supplier
  • Partially refunded - some items delivered, some items refunded
