Our custom marine battery trays are designed and manufactured right here at Blue Bottle Marine using high-quality King Starboard. These trays provide a strong, corrosion-resistant mounting solution for marine battery installations.

 

What is King Starboard? It's a marine-grade high-density polyethylene that will not rot, swell, delaminate, or absorb water, making it an ideal material for battery mounting in your boat. Unlike timber or lower grade plastics, King Starboard is specifically engineered for long-term marine use. It holds its strength in wet environments and doesn't requires maintenance once installed.

 

Each tray is precision cut by our CNC machine and assembled on site. Other custom sizes available - please email our designer Josh design@bluebottlemarine.com for a custom marine battery tray fit.
