Adjustable ratchet clamp allows the rod holder to mount at any desired angle
Polished stainless steel side mounted rod holder with stainless steel mounting brackets and rod gimbal in base. Can be mounted vertically or at any desired angle. Rubber insert in top saves rod from wear.

Change the bolts
Product says heavy duty but I would strongly recommend replacing bolts as they are sub par
