This updated version of Cove has a 3-coil charging system. This is a game-changer for outdoor waterproof charging, with three overlapping charging coils that maximize performance, ensuring reliable charging from various phone placements. The front lip with an easy-access thumb bevel acts as a safety barrier, making sure your phone stays inside!
The intelligent electronics ensure optimal charging by selecting the best coil based on the phone's location. The built-in heat management system also adjusts charging speed based on ambient and phone temperature. No problem. With a larger cavity the electronics are designed for thermal management by efficiently dissipating heat, this charger will perform better than other chargers in 30°C (86°F). It will also monitor your phone's heat, adjusting the power output to ensure it does not overheat, helping prolong the health of your phone!
Simple Installation
One easy cut into your chosen mounting location, 4 screws supplied for fixing and a front fascia to leave the finished result clean and uncluttered – you're now ready to Store. Charge. Connect! Rounded corners and tapered front design eliminate all snagging risks, making it possible to install in high-traffic areas of the boat where phone charging/storage until now has been impossible.
Wash Down
Worried about getting water inside? No problem! Cove automatically drains either out of the front or through the self-drill drains out of the rear of the housing with the option to use a push-fit drain tube to route water away.
Dual Functionality
Featuring an intelligent Foreign Object Detection, Cove is perfect for storing your other personal items such as wallets and keys as the charger will only begin to charge when a phone is placed on the mat – nothing else!
