For the first time, Shimano introduces a two-speed system. In speed mode, it achieves a maximum winding speed of 215 meters per minute, matching the performance of the Beastmaster 3000XS. In power mode, it delivers a sustained winding force of 25 kg, surpassing the Beastmaster 9000. The combination of a robust HAGANE body and reinforced gear system supports a maximum drag force of 25 kg, providing the durability needed for hard fights with large fish such as groupers and amberjacks up to 20 kg. With speed, strength, and reliability to handle a wide range of species, this flagship model breaks through the limits of the 3000 series.

This product does not include a lithium battery.

To maximise reel performance, we recommend using a high-capacity battery (Shimano BT Master 11AH).

GIGA MAX MOTOR

The GigaMax Motor utilizes a brushless design to provide high torque and high speed while maximizing durability.

FIRE MACH SYSTEM

Substantial improvement in spool-free performance is achieved by placing bearings in appropriate locations.

THERMO ADJUST DRAG

Thermo Adjust Drag is a control function designed to suppress abnormal heat generation of the drag to maintain stable drag performance. If the drag slips while the motor of the electric reel is on, the gear will idle and cause an abnormal heat generation in the drag portion of the reel. As a way to suppress excess heat, the speed of the motor is automatically reduced by the Thermo Adjust Drag when the drag begins to slip.

e-EXCITING DRAG SOUND

The e-Exciting Drag Sound is an electronic drag sound from the reel when a fish makes a run. This creates a modern solution to the mechanical clicker while adding excitement to an angler’s experience.

S A-RB

S A-RB bearings are put through the same process as Shimano’s A-RB bearings but feature shields on both sides of the bearings. These shields reduce the possibility of salt or sand inhibiting the rotation of the bearing.

FINE DOT LCD

Fine Dot LCD Display provides ultra clear resolution in full sunlight.

HAGANE

HAGANE is a Shimano reel design concept created to withstand continual use and extreme abuse. HAGANE is an innovation with built-in toughness and durability that works alongside Shimano's precision engineering. HAGANE is for all anglers.

HAGANE BODY

The HAGANE Body is a metal reel body with high rigidity. The body rigidity and impact resistance virtually eliminate body flexing on the reel while fighting a fish. The result transforms the angler's actions directly into cranking power.

EJ MODE

Special modes for jigging by electric reel.

Manual Jerk Mode

Motor wind up the line while pressing the button. The winding speed can be changed anytime when anglers control the reel even during jig falling. By this mode, angler can easily control jig manually.

Auto Jerk Mode

When pressing button, the motor will run at preset speeds, uptime, and uptime intervals. The jig moves according to the preset program. Wind up speed, wind up time and stopping time are adjustable by anglers.

Advance Mode

This is the mode which enables anglers to adjust the acceleration to move the jig. Wind up speed, wind up time, and acceleration of winding up are adjustable. It helps reproducing high level one-pitch jerk by hand with electric reel jigging.
