To get optimal performance from your L & R Boat Latch (and the ease and simplicity of launching and retrieving your boat!), you need the correct angle where the latch meets the snare. The ‘Wedge’ lets you do that even if your trailer set up isn’t quite right!

You can also just use the ‘Latch Support’ on its own if the latch is sitting out ‘in space’ with no backing support and no surface to mount the front latch bolt.

Not every boat and trailer set up is the same. But to get great performance on your launch and retrieval you need the correct angle where the latch meets the snare. With the ‘Wedge’ you can change the angle by 14 degrees either up or down. This allows you to optimise the performance of your boat latch and be the envy of other launchers at the ramp!
