The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Blue Bottle Marine End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale.

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

The EOFY Sale commences at 1 June 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 June 2026 unless ended earlier or extended at the discretion of Blue Bottle Marine.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to retail customers only.

Discount and Offer Details

The EOFY Sale applies to selected products and categories only.

Discounts:

  • Apply only during the promotional period
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, promotion, or package deal unless stated otherwise
  • Are not redeemable for cash or credit
  • Apply to the advertised sale price only

Blue Bottle Marine reserves the right to:

  • Exclude selected products, brands, or categories from the promotion
  • Change sale pricing without notice
  • Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time
  • Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing or stock errors

Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Sale items are available while stocks last.

Blue Bottle Marine does not guarantee the availability of any advertised item throughout the promotion period.

Online Orders

Orders placed online are subject to acceptance and stock confirmation.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Blue Bottle Marine may:

  • Offer a refund
  • Offer a replacement product of similar value
  • Contact the customer regarding alternative options

Freight and Delivery

Freight charges may apply and are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on carrier delays, stock location, and regional delivery areas.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to Blue Bottle Marine’s standard Returns Policy.

Change of mind returns on sale items may not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty
